At Thaire Services “TPA Care Mobile Application” introductory seminar in early 2019, over 300 participants from 120 hospitals in central and eastern Thailand attended. The participants were introduced to and trained in the use of the new and innovative TPA Care Mobile App. This enabled all those concerned to be ready for the live launch of the claim management application later in 2019.
